Abraham enjoined the faith on his children, and so did Jacob, saying : My children, For sure God has chosen for you the true faith. Stay away from other religions. Do not depart this life except as men who have submitted to Him !
135. And also they say : Accept the Jewish or the Christian faith and you shall be rightly guided.! You tell them : No ! We believe in the faith of Abraham who worship God as Hanξf, He has never been an idolater.!
136. You say to that, We believe in God and that which is revealed to us; in what was revealed to Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, and their tribes; to Moses and Jesus and other prophets by their Lord. We make no distinction among any of them, and we are Muslims** who surrender to God only.!
137. If they too accept your faith, they shall be rightly guided; If they reject it, they shall surely be in schism. Against them God is your all sufficient defender. And He hears and knows all.!

And I will maintain My covenant between Me and you, and your offspring to come fixed, as an everlasting covenant throughout the ages.!

I give the land you sojourn into you and your offspring to come, all the
everlasting possession. I will be their GOD. ! 9. And GOD further said to Abraham : As for you, you and your offspring to come throughout the ages shall keep My covenant.! 10. Such shall be the covenant between Me and you and your offspring to follow which you shall keep ; every male among you shall be circumcised.! 11. You shall circumcise the flesh of your foreskin, and that shall be the sign of covenant between Me and you.! 14. And if any male who is uncircumcised fails to circumcise the flesh of his foreskin, that person shall be cut off from his kin ; he has broken My covenant. ! 15. And GOD said to Abraham : As for your wife Sarai, you shall not call her Sarai, but her name shall be Sarah. ! 16. And I will bless her and indeed I will give you a son from her. !
